We request all our suppliers to be socially and environmentally accountable and to ensure their compliance by regular audits.
All Eurogroup’s merchandisers are trained on social, environmental and quality compliance requirements. During sourcing and order placement they are asking suppliers to provide reports and certificates on customer’s specific standards, as well as international standards such as BSCI, SA8000, ICTI, EICC, BEPI, BRC or IFS. Factory Audits, Shipping Inspections and Lab Tests are conducted either by our merchandisers or by preferred external service providers, depending on product categories and risk levels.
Furthermore, our compliance advisors can actively support suppliers in implementing and improving their quality and sustainability standards.
