The successful candidate will report to the Division Manager/Merchandiser and the main tasks and duties include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle data operations such as collection & cleansing and provide analysis reports
- Manage products, orders, enquiries, and problem-solving from customers and vendors
- Responsible for preparing product listings on the website
- Advanced Excel knowledge and actively working with data
- Communicate with off-shore and local vendors
- Handle ad hoc tasks and reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business/E-Commerce/Marketing or related discipline
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience in E-commerce/ Bigdata management
- Proficient in verbal and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sophisticated user of popular social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) is preferred
- Logical, self-motivated, positive, flexible, independent, open-minded and
well organized - Additional language like German, Italian, Spanish or French is a plus
- Immediate availability is an advantage

The successful candidate will report to Division Manager and responsible for large & fast growing food product group (mainly Seafood and Japanese Assortment). He/she will ensure fast and good flow of information between Retail/Wholesale companies in Europe and Suppliers in Asia.
The main tasks and duties include:
- Main Contact person for Suppliers and Buyers
- Important, driving role in strategical food Projects
- Work with Suppliers for product developments and price negotiations
- Follow up shipments, stock and shipment planning
- Manage Project and Order timeline, ordering process and production coordination
- Information gathering and knowledge center for Seafood products
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years merchandising or purchasing/trading experience. Relevant experience in grocery products or food background. Immediate available is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Additional language skills like Japanesse, German or French is an advantage but not a must
- Excellent communicator and fast learner
- Ability for solution oriented and understanding the “big picture” of the business
- Well-organized and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility and for routine work
- Computer literacy - familiar with all Microsoft applications
- Willing to travel when necessary
- More relevant experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
